This document sets out all the conditions for using the 99ld platform — including guidelines on accounts, bonuses, payments, and responsible gaming.

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 99ld platform and all services provided under it. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or beginning to use any service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

The 99ld platform provides an online gaming and betting service for users in Bangladesh. These Terms may be updated from time to time. For significant changes, we will try to notify you at your registered email address. However, continuing to use the platform after updated Terms are published will be treated as acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are written in Bengali and apply specifically to users in Bangladesh. In the event of any linguistic ambiguity, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use any service on 99ld, you must be 21 (twenty-one) years of age or older. This platform's services are available only to those aged 21 and above. Minors are not permitted to use this platform, and their use is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Registration Requirements

When registering an account, you must meet the following conditions:

  • You must provide accurate and truthful personal information.
  • Each person may open only one account — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
  • Members of the same household using separate accounts from the same device or IP address may be approved subject to verification.
  • Accounts may not be transferred or sold to any third party.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

99ld reserves the right to verify your identity when processing withdrawals or for transactions above a certain amount. You may be asked to provide a copy of your national identity card or passport. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details strictly confidential. Any unauthorized use of your account or security breach must be reported to our support team immediately. 99ld will not be held responsible for any loss caused by a third party using your account.

3.2 Account Suspension and Closure

99ld reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account at any time in the following circumstances:

  • If the Terms are violated.
  • If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
  • If incorrect or misleading information has been provided.
  • If multiple accounts are being operated.
  • If bonuses are being misused.

If excess funds are credited to your account due to an error, 99ld reserves the right to recover that amount — even if it has already been used.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

Deposits on 99ld can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 — for each payment method. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

  • Deposits are generally processed instantly.
  • If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please notify the support team.
  • You must use a payment method registered in your own name.
  • Use of third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

Bonus wagering requirements must be met before making a withdrawal. See the bonus section for details.
  • Withdrawals will only be sent to the depositor's own payment account.
  • Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
  • Multiple withdrawal requests may be made on the same day — limits apply.
  • In line with anti-money laundering policy, large withdrawals may require additional verification.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will add ৳2,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Alternatively, a deposit of ৳22,000 will earn the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, giving a total balance of ৳42,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Example: If you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳20,000 in bets before the bonus funds can be withdrawn (৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000).

5.3 General Bonus Rules

  • Bonuses may only be used on your own account.
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time, unless otherwise stated in the promotion's terms.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements have been met.
  • If bonus misuse is detected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.
  • 99ld reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6. Betting Rules and Policy

6.1 General Betting Rules

The following general rules must be followed when using the betting services provided on 99ld:

  • A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled, unless a technical error is proven.
  • If a match or game is cancelled due to a technical issue, the stake will be refunded.
  • If incorrect odds are displayed, 99ld reserves the right to cancel that bet and reset it at the correct odds.
  • Placing bets on opposing sides of the same event to create a guaranteed profit (arbitrage) is prohibited.

6.2 Sports Betting

Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Betting markets may reference situations such as a Bangladesh vs India match as a general example. Detailed rules specific to each sport are provided in the relevant section.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games are operated under fair play principles. Every outcome is determined in a fully impartial manner through the use of RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Game providers — Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, and others — operate games under their own rules.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 99ld platform:

  • Claiming or misusing bonuses through fraudulent means.
  • Creating or operating multiple accounts.
  • Attempting to crack or manipulate the platform's software.
  • Using automated software or bots to place bets.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
  • Stealing another user's information or attempting unauthorized access to their account.
  • Using third-party payment methods.
  • Any attempt to disrupt the platform's security or operations.
Involvement in any of the above activities will result in the account being permanently closed immediately, and the balance may be forfeited. Legal action will be taken where applicable.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service Limitations

The 99ld platform is provided "as is". We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. 99ld will not be held liable for temporary unavailability caused by technical reasons, maintenance, network issues, or third-party service failures.

8.2 Liability for Financial Loss

Online gaming and betting carries financial risk. You are using the platform having voluntarily accepted this risk. 99ld is not responsible for financial losses incurred through betting or game results. Compensation may be considered in cases where a technical error is proven.

8.3 Third-Party Services

Our platform relies on third-party systems such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and banking services. 99ld is not responsible for failures or delays caused by these systems.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Your personal information will not be sold to third parties.
  • Information may be disclosed in response to legal obligations or requests from regulatory authorities.

10. Service Changes and Termination

99ld reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of its services at any time. We will try to provide as much advance notice as possible before such changes. However, immediate changes may be made in urgent situations or for security reasons.

You may request to close your account at any time through the support team. Any pending withdrawals must be processed before the account is closed. The option to voluntarily restrict your account as part of responsible gaming is also available.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Complaint Process

If you wish to raise an objection regarding any decision or transaction, please contact our support team first. Describe the complaint clearly and provide relevant details — such as your account ID, transaction number, date, and time.

11.2 Resolution Timeframe

All complaints are reviewed with care. Complex matters may take more time to resolve. We always aim to settle disputes in a fair and transparent manner.

11.3 Final Decision

Decisions made by 99ld's management shall be considered final, though we give equal consideration to the views of all parties. 99ld's interpretation applies to matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account restrictions.
